Location, Location, Location: Situated in the prestigious Nunciatura neighborhood, you'll find yourself surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. Whether you're craving authentic Costa Rican cuisine or seeking a cozy spot for your morning coffee, you're just steps away from it all.
► Applicable fees per unit if damaged, stained, broken or missing:
Bath towels: $20
Bed Sheets: $60
Duvet: $75
Wine/ kitchen glasses or plates: $7
For any other cases like appliances, utensils or other equipment, the warranty deposit will be applied.
Missing Parking Sticker: $35
Missing Entry white badge: $35
Visits that have not been previously registered are not allowed! If you want someone to visit you, first contact your host or Co-Host and previously register your visit with name and ID so that we can send the information to the security. They will corroborate it with the information sent. If this is not followed, you are exposed to a fine of up to $300 per non-compliance.
Inside the Apartment, you will have 2 things:
1. A card (white) that you can use to enter and exit the building without having to call security.
2. A parking access sticker (if applicable). This can also be used to enter and exit the building garage gate.
Be sure to put them back in place so the next guest can use them as well.
In case of loss or misplacement, a charge of $35 will be made for each item.
I like to have all my guests very well informed since they book until they left the place. So once you book this place, information will be at your hands before and after your arrival. I am also be available ( normal hours ) by text or even call me if you need to. I have people that can be helpful in terms of any extraordinary situation. thanks
Please register your visitors beforehand in the reservation. It is prohibited to have visitors not previously registered by the host and there is a fine of $300 for non-compliance. If you have a visitor, send us a message with their name and identification so we can justify it in the lobby with the building security.
